Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

How to Return

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA (return authorization) if required.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed based on stock availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse, altered, or without original tags may not be eligible for return.
